How It Works
Crop lets you choose the region of each image you want to keep, then exports that region to new files. Selection and rasterization use browser APIs, so the crop runs on your machine—helpful for trimming screenshots, removing borders, or focusing on a subject without sending the full picture elsewhere.
How to Use
- Select the Crop tab and add the images you want to trim.
- Drag on each preview to adjust the crop rectangle, or expand an image for finer control.
- Run crop to apply the region to every file and wait for processing to finish.
- Download the cropped images when they appear in the results area.
Common Use Cases
- Removing unwanted edges from screenshots or UI captures.
- Framing a product or portrait for a catalog or profile.
- Cutting out charts or slides from a larger export.
- Preparing uniform crops for a grid of team photos.
FAQ
- Does cropping reduce image quality?
- You keep fewer pixels, so the output file may be smaller. The remaining area is exported at full resolution for that region; avoid heavy recompression after crop if you need maximum clarity.
- Can I crop to an exact pixel size?
- Use the crop box to match the dimensions you need. If the tool shows width and height while dragging, align those numbers to your target before exporting.
- Is cropping private in the browser?
- Yes—the crop is applied locally. Your full-resolution files are not uploaded for this operation.
